OKAY! lets talk about the album STILL FANTASY !i like the cover of the pakaging. showing the mysterious side of Jay!lets start with the 1st song!Ye de di qi zhang ( twilight's chapter seven )The opening melody of this song, which i think is produced by the xylophone ( gah! duno how to spell. but hope you guys understand la hor! ) brings out the mysterious feeling and with some scary or rather eerie sounds, brings out the scary atmosphere! Tgt with the high pitched voice of tao zi really brought the feeling of the song out. and the rap gave a mysterious atmosphere! The mv is ofcos directed by Jay chou! With Jay acting as Sherlocks holmes , Dan tou as the suspect and yu hao as Jay's assitant! but who knows, the murderer is actually yu hao! the assistant of Jay. The combination of the song and mv is perfect! =DTing ma ma de hua ( listen to your mother's words )This is a light-hearted song which reminds us to be filial to our parents . This is really educational to all the young people nowadays!it's easy to rmb and it will leave a deep impression in ur mind after you had listened to it once or twice. The melody is easy to rmb , esp the part ..ting ma ma de hua, bie rang ta shou shang... really leaves you singing for the whole day =D!Qian li zhi wai ( a thousand miles away )This is a song which Jay chou collaborated with Fei yu ching, the starting melody of the song is by a instrument called ( err i 4gt ) but it's a really nice introduction. And followed by Jay chou using his low voice, and went abit higher to bring in Fei yu ching's high pitched voice. Tgt with Fang wen shan's lyrics, really brought out the feeling of the whole song =DThe mv is once again directed by Jay chou!About Guy in love with a girl but set her freedom to pursue her career. and the guy, althought really sad to let the girl leave, but still gave a thought for the girl's future. A heart-wrecthing story =DBen cao gang mu ( A herbalist's Manual )The song starts with a fast rhythmic beat followed by Jay's rap which really fits into the melody! It's telling us to appreciate Chinese's culture by filling the lyrics with the names of the chinese medicines (if im not wrong, but that's wad i think la )The mv was filmed at Jay's street if i m not wrong, and jay DANCED in this mv! It's really marvelous =D and i love it man! tui hou ( Retreat )Starting with the melody from the piano gave a great introduction. It's a heart-wretching song. And when Jay finished singing the 1st part, more and more components are added in, and i really love the feeling it gave. From what i understood, it's about a guy who talked about his feeling after breaking up with his girlfriend, saying that it's not their faults for the breakup. The reason is just that breaking up will do both of them good. And i love a sentence, .. zui mei de ai qing, hui yi li dan qu.. which means, the most beautiful love, will be in his memory.hong mo fang ( Popular imitation ) ( if im not wrong, shld b la )The song started with the strumming of the guitar!and Jay started saying Aiyo! who teach you guitar? ... I know how to play it when i was born, you mean you duno? .... pi la!nice nice =D LOLThis song is to criticise people who tries to imitate him.Jay showed his great rapping skill in this song! =D and i like the part .. aiyo aiyo o aiyo aiyo aiyo o o and he sang ,he will continue with his style and he wants to be the emperor of music.i also like the part when he sang, there's only one sun in the world but why are there so many shadows of myself? . which means that why i see so many "me" when there's only one "me" in the world? . i think he expressed it damn nicely la =D! And he used the .. lao shi zai jiang.. ni you mei you zai ting.. added some sense of humour to this song. Xin yu ( Heart's rain )The starting melody came from a violin or some other string- instruments i think, every bow is full and it goes from soft to loud.! showing that it's a heart - wretching song from the melody. From what i understood, this song is talking about a love story which left the guy waiting alone for the girl... hao xiang gao shu wo de ta.. zhe li xiang fu hua which means i really want to tell her about how beautiful it is here ... shou zhe dian hua...que deng bu dao ta.. which means looking at the phone, but she nvr called ... xin zhong de yu xin peng de xia.. que shi zhong lin bu dao ta... which means, although my heart is pouring or crying, but she nvr know. and the promise she make, nvr came true..............many many beautiful lines in the song. This once again show the perfect collaboration between Jay's tune and Fang wen shan's lyrics. Showing the feelings of how a guy felt when waiting for a girl.bai se feng che ( white windmill)This is a song totally written by Jay chou. From what i understood, it's writing about what Jay and every normal girl wanted in love. The white windmil, turning silently, the real feeling, as far as the dreams, the sweet seawater, complicated tears, looking at you smile, holding my hand, wishing that there's no end, we will stop here, because i dont want to reach the end of happiness this quickly..... the lyrics are very touching! The last few lines goes,, you say we should not meet jus for the instance, thanks for leting me hear you, becos im waiting for forever.mi die xiang ( i duno tis one >< ) haha. i just knew that it's Rosemary!Starting with the beating of sth... lol. the tune of the song gave me a dance song feel, and Jay sang the song softly , giving it a light feeling, like sweetness moving into ur heart. It's talking about a guy dancing with a girl, liked her every move and felt that everything of the girl is beautiful. ju hua tai ( Chrysanthemum Flowerbed )
The starting tune gave me an old feel or rather ancient feel. With some parts of the tune played with guzheng added to this feel. And the way Jay sang the song, it's like he's trying to tell a story, with his voice gng from soft to loud. and some stretching of the last word ( err. means like LA CHANG YIN ) of some sentence. The song is very smooth throughout or you call that, " guai1 "or " zheng4 jin3 ". without any rap or sounds like yeah, whoo~. It;s the ending theme song for " The curse of the golden flower ", the feeling of chinese style is very strong. This album, Jay really proved to us that he's still who he is, as he deliberately added some components like the ye de di qi zhang, he added tao zi voice into the song, the lines came from liang ge ji mo, if im not wrong. And the toples pic is really HOTHOTHOT! =D And Jay's enunciation improved! We can hear the lyrics better, probably becos of filming in movie! And he can express his feeling better with the lyrics, i think it's due to the movie too, cos they have to have expressions in their lines. =D!! NICE ALBUM! it's worth the money! continue more in the nxt post =D! I FELT THAT HE DID IMPROVE OKAY!!! He always improve in his own style =D did i give you an urge to buy the album? LOLhope you all like this ! =D commentttttttttttttttt~
